All rates shown are based on double occupancy and exclude special events and holidays such as: Jazz Fest, FQ Fest, Mardi Gras, New Year’s, etc. Continental breakfast in the form of juice, coffee, and croissants or baked goods are included.

The LaFreniere Suite
The LaFreniere Suite does come with maid service every third day and parking is available for one vehicle at no additional cost.   Continental breakfast is not included

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation notice is required at least two weeks before arrival. Special events require 30 day cancellation notice.
No refunds for special events unless we are able to resell the suite within the time allotted.

Suite Jazz is licensed by the City of New Orleans and a member of the Louisiana Bed and Breakfast Association.
